Here my prenatal and postnatal yoga program is designed to support expectant and new mumma’s on their journey to thriving motherhood. With a focus on holistic wellness and gentle movement, my classes offer a range of benefits for both body and mind.

I can customize your sessions to gently work on and rebuild your deep core muscles while ensuring proper activation and of your pelvic floor. Gentle pelvic floor exercises, including engaged Kegel exercises, are essential for restoring pelvic health postpartum and managing incontinence. I will guide you through these exercises to promote healing after childbirth, prevent pelvic organ prolapse, enhance sexual health, and support core stability, which will help alleviate back pain and improve posture. Together, we will incorporate these exercises into your routine, significantly enhancing your overall well-being during the postpartum period.
